My card has been blocked; how do I unlock it?

If suspicious activity was detected on your card, it might have been blocked for security purposes. In this case, you would need to contact our help desk at help@Lynk.us. If you locked it yourself, follow the steps in the app to unlock it.

1. Go to the "Cards" menu from the Lynk homescreen

2. Toggle off the block card option

3. You may also unblock your card via the Virtual Card settings

What are the daily transaction limits for my virtual card?

Currently, your maximum daily limit for purchases is JM $100,000.00 and for receiving money, your maximum daily limit is JM $100,000.00.

Can I accept money from overseas directly to my virtual card?

Go to "Cards" menu within the Lynk app, select the "Show" button on the card; and it will reveal the details. Remember, to confirm that the website you are using is secure by looking for the secure padlock icon or HTTPS in the URL bar of your browser.

I've cancelled my virtual card; can I get another card?

Yes, you can apply again to get another card. However, you can only take this action maximum 5 times.

I think my virtual card is compromised, what should I do?

If you suspect your card is compromised, follow these steps:

1. Immediately block your card. You can find the block card option on the Lynk Virtual Card homescreen and in the Virtual Card settings.

2. Report your suspicions to Lynk at help@Lynk.us. We will assist you through this process.

3. If we confirm that your card is compromised, your next step is to cancel your virtual card and activate a new one.

Why can't I activate my virtual card?

If you are encountering errors when trying to activate your virtual card, it may be due to various factors such as:

1. Insufficient minimum balance

2. Maximum card activations reached

3. Temporary technical errors

4. The need to upgrade your tier

5. Poor internet connection

Yes, your first virtual card is free. All other Virtual cards after will attract a small fee.

Do I need a bank account to get a virtual card?

No, you do not. You can activate your virtual card on the Lynk app without having a bank account. If you are a Lynk Lite user, you will have to upgrade before using virtual cards.

Can I have more than one virtual card at a time?

Currently each user is limited to one card at a time. However, you can cancel and create up to 5 virtual cards.

What is the minimum age required to get a virtual card?
